Imperial Developments and Consultancy Ltd is a new branch and affiliation of two companies with more than 12 years of Experience in 10s of projects in London and surrounding.

In fact, Imperial Development and Consultacny has been recently stablished to focus on the International Projects as well as projects in the United Kingdom for Overseas clients. About current Projects the London, In partnership with Ackman group, Imperial Developments and Consultancy Ltd has just been awarded two residential projects in 2020 with the total value of £8,500,000 in Belgravia and Ealing in Central London.

  • Skills and experiences in defining a project and taking it through planning, execution and controlling up to closure Worked and lead a contractor’s team to complete the construction with around half a billion dirham value in previous UAE positions.
  • Leading the design of 25 projects including Highrise and Midrise buildings with a total value of more than two billion dirhams and construction of projects over one billion dirhams in my current position.
  • Advanced skills in using design management, value engineering, construction management, cost-saving, procurement and negotiations to achieve the best financial result wit reducing the cost and increasing the quality Experienced in strategic planning, reorganizing, restructuring and change management.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience from plot acquisition, to design, construction and handing over great cultural understanding and knowledge about many nations to improve business development and cooperation in international environments.
